Hybrid marijuana strains are a combination of different cannabis types. They can be Indica dominant, Sativa dominant or balanced. Their appearances and effects are heavily influenced by their parentage. For example, there can be tall Indica dominant hybrids or short Sativa dominant strains. The genetics also influence leaf shape, flowering time, yields and smell.
