This website www.weedglobalclub.com is operated by Weed Global Club. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “company” refer to Weed Global Club. The terms and conditions stated herein constitute a legal agreement between you and Weed Global Club. In order to use weedglobalclub.com, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions that are set out below. By using or receiving any services supplied to you by the weedglobalclub.com, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as published from time to time at the weedglobalclub.com.

DISCLAIMER

When you place an Order for a Product at weedglobalclub.com, you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details.

The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order.

Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email.

If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased.

If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

The customer will receive an email confirming their order and a second with the invoice once payment is confirmed. If we see that we do not have something in stock we will contact the customer to propose an alternative solution. The customer will receive a third email once the order is shipped with the shipping details.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your participation in using the Service and is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your user status, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your user account to any other person or entity. When using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws from your home nation, country, state and city in which you are present while using the Service.

By using the Service, you agree that:

You will only use the Service for lawful purposes; you will not use the Services for fraudulent purposes.
You will not try to harm the Service in any way whatsoever.
You will not copy, or distribute the Service or other content without written permission from the Company.
You will only use the Service for your own use and will not resell it to a third party.
You will keep secure and confidential your account password or any identification we provide you which allows access to the Service.
You will at all times act in full compliance with the laws of your State pertaining to medical (or the recreational use of) cannabis collectives and/or cooperatives.

DELIVERY

WeedGlobalClub.com delivers to all international destinations where it’s not illegal to ship marijuana.
You will be notified via email about the delivery once the invoice is processed.
If your order is made online by any other means of payment, please contact us for details of the delivery charges prior to ordering.
WeedGlobalClub.com aims to deliver products within 1-5 working days in most circumstances.
Orders are dispatched either same day or next day by international courier service or personal delivery service as discrete. If sending by courier, the couriers require a signature so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on WeedGlobalClub.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid.
If declared lost by courier after 5 days, we will send a replacement out.
Please order from WeedGlobalClub.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time, as we cannot be responsible for this.
If goods returned to us as not called for, we reserve the right to charge for re stocking or re delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
